San Francisco, California

The signature staircase for this private residence relied on a collaborative process of design and fabrication. The staircase is assembled from reinforced solid stone treads cantilevered from a structural reinforced concrete wall. The stone for the treads was quarried in Israel, finished in Italy and finally reinforced and installed in California.
