Ann Arbor District Library

Ann Arbor, Michigan

The Ann Arbor District Library is an award winning design that featured an innovative and sustainable structural solution. The wood members forming the structure for the roof framing as well as many of the interior finishes were recycled from trees harvested directly on site already dying from the Ash Bore disease.
